Cailin, owner and operator of Fish to Table, grew up on the docks of Holiday Isle and Robbie's Marina in Islamorada. As a result of her love and passion for fishing, she was inevitably drawn to a career as a mate and deckhand for local charter boats. Her native Keys roots, combined with her passion for fishing, makes Cailin an expert at preserving fresh catch. Spending day after day on the water fishing, she had the opportunity to meet people from all over the country and soon realized charter clients wanted convenient ways to bring their fish meat home. In a short time, Fish to Table was born so visiting anglers wouldn't have to worry about how to transport their meat home while on vacation.
